What You Can Do as an Account Owner
As the account owner, you have full access to all properties, billing, tasks, and settings. This guide walks you through your admin-level capabilities and how to get the most from your dashboard.
Top Toolbar
Towards the upper left of your account, you will see 4 selectable icons. These are labeled from left to right; Search, Notifications, Settings, and Collapse.

Search
Using the Search bar, you can look up general information on your properties. This can be things like the properties themselves, or tasks assigned to specific properties.

Notifications
Whenever AllProperly gets update, our team will be sure to send you a notification. If you see this icon with red dot on top of it, that means we have some news to share with you! Once you click on your notifications, the red dot will be removed so that you will be notified when a new notification appears in the future.

Settings
Your Settings page is generally where you can edit all personal details to your account. This can be editing details of your subscription and even customizing your accounts theme.

Collapse
Collapse is simply that; It will collapse the tabs on the left side toolbar to be hidden. This will make your main section appear more centered in your view if you would prefer. You can always get your left toolbar back by clicking the Collapse button a 2nd time.

Left Toolbar
The left toolbar is where you will perform most of your actions. The sections you can access from here are as follows; Dashboard, Properties, Tasks, Calendar, Reports, and Shared Access.

Dashboard
Your Dashboard is your starting section when you first log into your account. This will give you a quick overview of the properties you are managing in AllProperly.

Properties
Properties is the main interest for AllProperly. In this section, you can view details for properties that you have access to. This includes properties you are owner of yourself or properties that have been shared with you. You can add new properties from this section.

Tasks
Managing properties involves performing certain tasks on the property, like cleaning your gutters or blowing out your sprinklers. You can check-off these tasks in your Tasks section, as well as add new ones.

Calendar
Your Calendar will keep track of your tasks and when they are supposed to be completed by. You will see a list of tasks for each month in your Calendar.

Reports
Reports will keep a log of all your completed tasks as well as the basic information on them, such as who completed the task.

Shared Access
If you have a property you are wanting to share with someone, you can do that in Shared Access. You can make someone a Co-Owner, Family Member, Property Manager, or Friend.
