First-Time Setup
1. Adding Your First Property
When you first create your account with AllProperly, you will be taken through a step-by-step walkthrough to quickly input the basic information about your property.



Once you’ve added the basic information, you’ll be guided through a quick tutorial.

2. Review Your Property Details

Confirm or update basic information like:
- Address
- Mortgage details
- Key details about the home
3. Create Your First Task

We’ve added 30 prebuilt maintenance tasks to get you started. Since every home is different, review the list and keep the tasks that apply to your property.
Examples:
- Replace air filter
- Check smoke alarms
- Clean gutters
4. Invite Someone to help manage your property (Optional)


If others help manage the property, invite them:
- Property Manager
- Family Member
- Friend
5. Review Your Dashboard
This area is a place to see a photo of your property. Review the stats on the property. See how much time you have left till its paid off.

Click Add Property button if you want to add another property.

This area shows a graph of what your home expenses are. So you can know what the true cost of ownership. If its blank click the "Add info" so you can start tracking.

This is the chart key. It shows what each color represents in the graph. For example, if you see a red section labeled “Mortgage” in the key, the red area in the graph represents your monthly mortgage expense.

The Setup Journey tracks your progress and highlights the information still needed to fully set up your account and property.

This section Real Estate Portfolio helps you to track your Net Wealth.

We have another button at the bottom if you want to add another property.

Go to your dashboard to see everything come together:
- Tasks
- Property details
- Upcoming items

Do I need to do all of this right away?
No - start small. Even adding one property and one task is enough to begin.
Why does my dashboard look empty?
It fills in as you add more information.
Can I come back and finish later?
Yes, you can update everything anytime.
