With Forecasting and Planning, you can easily track the life of your roof, HVAC system, and water heater. You'll see how much these expenses are estimated to cost as well as how much to set aside monthly to pay for these expenses. In order to track this info, you will need to click on the edit button in the upper right of this section.

Adding Property System Details

Upon clicking the edit button, you will be taken to a pop-up where you can put in all your info for your roof, HVAC system, and water heater. All of these areas will ask for you for the lifespan, cost, and installation date of these expenses. For your roof, it will also ask for your roof type.

Overall Property Health

While you might not find exact expenses in this section, tracking your property health is a good way to plan for your future. You can see your property health and decide whether or not to set aside some money to update your properties current features or add new ones too.
