Invite Someone to a Property

Quick Answer

You can invite someone by entering their email and selecting their role from your property’s sharing settings.

Step-by-Step

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Select the Property you want to share
3. Go to Sharing / Access
4. Click Invite User

5. Enter their email address

   Choose their role:

   • Property Owner
   • Property Manager
   • Family Member
   • Friend
6. Click Send Invite

What to Expect

• The person will receive an email invite
• Once they accept, they’ll gain access to the property
• Their access will depend on the role you assigned

Common Issues

They didn’t receive the invite

Ask them to check spam or junk folder

Resend the invite if needed

They accepted but can’t see the property

Make sure they logged in with the same email the invite was sent to

They can’t edit or access everything

Their role may limit what they can do

Helpful Tip

Start by giving the lowest level of access needed. You can always increase permissions later.
