How to Remove Access

You can remove someone’s access from the property by going to Sharing settings and removing them from the user list.

  3. Go to Shared Access
  4. Find the person you want to remove
  5. Click Remove Access (or similar option)

  • The person will immediately lose access to the property

  • Only Property Owners can remove access
  • If you remove someone by mistake, you can re-invite them

I don’t see the remove option

You may not have Owner permissions.


They still see the property

Ask them to refresh or log out and back in.


I removed the wrong person

Simply invite them again to restore access.
