How to Assign an Existing Task to Someone

Go to the Tasks tab

Open the task you want to update

Find the Assign User field

Select a user

Common Issues

I don’t see anyone to assign the task to

You may need to invite users to the property first.

The person doesn’t see the task

Ask them to refresh or check their task list.

I can’t assign tasks

Your role may not have permission to assign tasks.
