Use the Dashboard to Easily Manage Properties

Understand how to utilize you Dashboard to make managing properties easier than ever. You'll see your properties and upcoming tasks all on one page for quick access when logging in.

Properties

While there is a Properties tab to more efficiently manage your properties, you can quickly look over your properties in your Dashboard. You'll be able to see the whole list of properties that you are either owner of or have been shared access to. You'll even be able to add new properties within this section, either using the button to the right of your properties or at the bottom of this page.

Upcoming Tasks

In your Dashboard, you'll be able to see the 4 tasks at a time from all properties that you need to tend to. You can scroll down in this section to go through all available tasks. These tasks are ordered by what date the tasks are due. Tasks are color coded as well, so you'll be able to know which task is for which property.

Setup Journey

You might've put in the required fields for a property when getting started, but there might be more info you can offer in order to best manage your property. That's where Setup Journey comes in hand, as it will let you know what info you can provide for your properties. These details are color coded as well, so you'll easily know what property could use a little more info to get the best out of AllProperly.

Overdue Tasks

There might be some tasks that sneak under the radar or that maybe weren't as urgent as you thought. If tasks are not finished before their due date, they will go here. They will be organized by oldest overdue tasks at the top to recently overdue tasks at the bottom. You'll be able to scroll down in the list, letting you see all overdue tasks in one section.

Leaderboard

What good are chores without a little friendly competition!? In your Leaderboard, you will be able to see everyone you have shared access to a property with and assigned tasks to. You will see everyone sorted by most tasks completed to least, displaying how many tasks each individual person has completed. This section is just used for a little bit of fun (and bragging rights, of course)!
