Manage Your Subscription

Learn how to update your plan, change your payment method, view past invoices, or cancel your account within your settings.

Before Starting

In order to access you subscription details, you will need to go to your settings. You can get there by clicking the gear icon near the top left of your account. This will be on any page you are on. All of these features are accessed from your settings. Once in your settings, look for the section labeled "Billing".

Manage Subscription

If you want to make changes to the current plan you are on, you are free to do so at anytime. Inside your "Billing" section, you should see the plan you are currently on. Go ahead and select "Manage Subscription" on the right to be taken to a list of available plans. You can choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan and even swap over to monthly or annual plans.

Update Payment Method

You can change your card on file for your upcoming payments. Under "Billing", you will see your current payment method. To the right, click on "Update Payment Method" to be taken to a page to change your card on file. You can delete your card or add another card as well, in case you want to have multiple cards as a backup.

View Invoices

At the bottom of your Billing page, you will see all of your past invoices. You will see the date for the invoices as well as how much you paid on that date. You can download these invoices as well.

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, go to manage your subscription. In the upper right corner, you will see the button to cancel your subscription. Read thoroughly, as cancel your subscription will delete your account and it's properties permanently.
