Keep Records of Completed Tasks Using Reports

AllProperly automatically keeps track of your completed tasks. These will show up in your reports, showing you the details of the completed tasks for efficient tracking.

Reported Tasks

In your reports, you will see your entire list of completed tasks. These will be labeled with some info, letting you easily track your completed tasks. You can also search these tasks using these labels. If you would like, you can download your list of completed tasks too. Let's go over these labels to familiarize ourselves with them.

Task

At the head of each tab in the list, you will find the task name. This will simply be the name that you gave the task when you first created it.

Property

You might have multiple properties in your account, so we added the property label in order to track which property a task was completed for. You might have similar tasks for multiple properties, so this will help you differentiate the property tasks from each other.

Date Completed

Another pretty straight forward label, this will simply show the date you completed a certain task for one of your properties.

Completed By

You might have other people that you share a property with. Completed By will show which person in your household completed the corresponding task.
